Visited this Starbucks in Target. Although I ordered the same thing I usually do at Starbucks, this time it just didn't seem to turn out the same as other locations. I find this is common with the Starbucks in Target stores strangely enough.

My boyfriend has the Starbucks app and had a coupon for a free drink on his birthday. The cashier scanned the barcode and it came up blank, so she said she can't do it. I asked if she can override the coupon or just make the drink, and she "no Target doesn't allow that" even thought it's a Starbucks manager. I asked what she can do about it and she said we can order a drink and pay, like no shit that's what you're a cashier for! When I asked to speak to the manager she said she is the manager. Management is able to override items, but she said she can't do that. I said just forget it, I'll contact someone else and left. Will be in touch with customer service about this.
Went to the Starbucks on University and Sunrise and had the same issue with the barcode not scanning. The barista there said it's no problem, probably just the app having a bug. They made whatever drink he wanted and even wished him a happy birthday! They're getting 5 stars from me. -

Waited in line for 15-20 minutes and you guys were out of 2 of the 3 items I was looking to get. When you have a long line have the courtesy to tell your customers big items you are out of. Also, take the samples out of window for things you're out of. SMH

Just left this Starbucks , with the holidays drawing in a larger crowd than usual the line filled up ... David the barista was not only the only one taking orders/payments but also making the drinks ... he did both in record speed and my drink is perfect . Just thought he should get some recognition for great service !!
